Billing questions
How am I billed?
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by card through our payment processor, Stripe. Minutes over your plan's allowance are billed at the end of the month. Sales tax or VAT is added where it applies.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your organisation's billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See Refunds and cancellation.
What happens when I reach a limit?
On Free, jobs wait until the next month's minutes or until you upgrade. On paid plans, extra minutes are billed at the rate above. Jobs over your plan's limit on jobs at once wait in the queue; they are not failed.
What about the private beta?
Teams accepted into the private beta start on Free and can move to a paid plan at any time.
